The structure that My Fitness Guide has given me is everything. This has allowed me to be consistent and finally get below 200Lbs, a number I haven't seen in a long time. Plus Max is an alright guy so it makes the gym an open and comfortable space.


I've never felt comfortable working out. Until I started working out at My Fitness Guide. Max has made the sessions, doable, fun, but still challenging enough. I can now look in the mirror and love my body!

What if I’m not in shape?
Perfect. This challenge was built for beginners and people getting back into fitness.
When are the classes?
You can attend up to 3x/week. Choose from:- Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:30 PM- Tue/Thu at 6:00 AM- Saturday at 9:00 AM
Will this hurt my joints or back?
Nope. We start with a movement screen to make sure every exercise is safe for your body. You will find they will feel better after consistent workouts!
What should I bring to my first session?
Bring comfortable athletic wear, training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.
Can the nutritional plans accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, our nutritional plans are fully customizable to suit any dietary needs including allergies or specific diet preferences.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
Many members choose to continue! We offer flexible memberships to keep your momentum going.
